About this policy

This policy explains how B K Singaravelan & Co (“the firm”) handles personal data in connection with this website, in line with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

What this website collects

This website does not collect personal data. It has no forms that send information, and it does not use cookies, advertising or tracking tools.

The “Raise a query” and job application helpers only prepare an email in your own email app. Nothing you type is sent to or stored by this website; the firm receives it only if you send the email. The “Add these dates to my calendar” button saves a calendar file on your own device; nothing is sent to the firm.

Your “I agree” choice on the disclaimer page is stored only in your browser, for the current tab, and is cleared when you close it. It is never sent to the firm.

Hosting

This website is hosted on Cloudflare. To deliver and secure the website, Cloudflare processes technical information such as your IP address and browser type.

The firm uses Cloudflare Web Analytics to count visits in aggregate. It does not use cookies or identify individual visitors.

Videos

Videos on this website are hosted on YouTube. A video is loaded from YouTube only when you press play; YouTube may then set its own cookies under its privacy policy. Links to Instagram open the Instagram website.

When you write to or call the firm

If you email or call the firm, including to apply for a vacancy, the firm uses the information you share only to respond to you or to consider your application. It is not sold, and it is shared only where the law requires. It is deleted when it is no longer needed for that purpose.

Your rights

You may ask the firm to access, correct or erase your personal data, or raise a grievance about how it has been handled. Write to the contact below. The firm will respond within the period required by law.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted on this page with a new date.
